Mocha Protein Balls
These Mocha Protein Balls bring together the cozy flavor of a coffee shop treat with the wholesome, plant-forward spirit of the Mediterranean Diet. Rolled oats and almond butter form a satisfying, fiber- and healthy-fat-rich base, while chocolate protein powder and a touch of honey add natural sweetness and staying power. A hit of instant espresso powder and cocoa gives every bite that unmistakable mocha kick, making these little rounds just as good for an afternoon pick-me-up as they are for a pre-workout snack. Best of all, they require no oven and come together in one bowl in about fifteen minutes. Simply stir, chill, and roll — then store a batch in the fridge or freezer for grab-and-go energy all week long. They lean on simple, minimally processed ingredients like oats, nuts, and a drizzle of honey, keeping added sugars low while delivering protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied between meals.
